Cancellation Policy

Welcome! Please read the following prior to booking: 1.Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable 2. The remaining balance is due after your appointment. Only Debit or Credit card will be accepted. No cash, cash app, or zelle payments will be accepted. 3. There is a 15 minute grace period if you are running late. More than 15 minutes will result in an automatic cancellation. 4. You are allowed one reschedule 5. All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled no later than within 48 hour of your appointment. If you fail to cancel or reschedule before the 48 hour window or come a no-call, no-show, your card will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file. No-call, no-shows will be banned from booking.
